We appreciate your support and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your Kricket Lane Designs products. If, for any reason, there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at kld@kricketlanedesigns.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. We are committed to making it right and resolving any concerns or problems you may have.
However, please note that personalized items and facemasks are non-refundable due to their custom nature or for reasons of hygiene. We encourage you to carefully review the specifications and details of personalized items before placing your order. If there are any defects or errors on our part with the personalization, we will gladly work with you to rectify the situation.

kricket lane ships products through the US Postal Service. While most items ship within 4 business days, we cannot guarantee the shipping time for the USPS.
If you need your items right away, please reach out to us at kld@kricketlanedesigns.com for UPS options.
