I placed my order – when can I expect it?

kricket lane ships products through the US Postal Service. While most items ship within 4 business days, we cannot guarantee the shipping time for the USPS. If you need your items right away, please reach out to us at kld@kricketlanedesigns.com for UPS options.
Can I pick up my order?

kricket lane designs is located in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, an eastern suburb of Cleveland. If you prefer to pick up your order, please select option at check out and we’ll arrange a convenient pick-up time and save you the shipping cost.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

kricket lane products can be found in many boutiques and retailers. If you are interested in large quantity or wholesale purchases, please reach out to us at kld@kricketlane.com. Orders over $50 always receive free shipping!
What forms of payment do you accept?

In addition to the traditional Visa/MC/Discover/American Express we also accept PayPal.
Do your facemasks meet the CDC guidelines?

All our facemasks are handmade with high-quality fabrics and great care. Three sizes are available, including kids, teen/adult small, and adult, so they fit comfortably against your face. All kricket lane facemasks are made using two layers of pre-washed fabric and adjustable elastic that goes behind your ears. Can I return my order?

We want you to love your products as much as we do! If there is an issue with your order please contact us at info@kricketlane.com within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can make it right. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on personalized items or facemasks due to the nature of the products.
My dog looks adorable in his kricket lane gear! Can I send you a picture?

We would love to see your dog, or you and your dog, or even your entire family sporting our kricket lane wearables! Please send your picture, and permission to use it, to us at kld@kricketlanedesigns.com and we may use it on our website and/or social media sites. Do you have kricket lane wearables for animals other than dogs?

We don’t currently have designs for other animals (although our family tortoise keeps begging us for something fashionable) but we would love to hear your thoughts and suggestions. Email us at kld@kricketlanedesigns.com and let’s see what creative ideas we can come up with together!
